東京朝花｜サービスに関する注意事項および免責事項
1．サービスの位置づけについて
東京朝花は、
進学・就職・在留資格・長期的なキャリア形成に関する
情報整理、選択肢の分析、および意思決定支援を目的とした
コンサルティングサービスを提供しています。
- 大学、企業、試験機関、行政機関ではありません
- 合否、内定、許可等の決定権を有する立場ではありません
- 最終的な判断および行動は、すべてご本人の責任にて行っていただきます
2．結果・成功の保証について
東京朝花は、以下を含むいかなる結果も保証いたしません。
・学校・大学等への合格
・企業からの内定・採用・インターン選考結果
・在留資格の取得・変更・更新
・年収、職位、職種、勤務条件等
・卒業、進級、単位取得その他の学業上の結果
結果は、ご本人の経歴、能力、準備状況、市場環境、学校・企業・行政機関等の判断により左右されます。
東京朝花は、特定の結果を前提とした成功報酬型・保証型サービスを提供するものではありません。
3.東京朝花は、以下の行為を一切支援いたしません。
- 虚偽の履歴・経歴の作成
- 事実と異なる職歴・学歴の申告
- 不正または誤解を招く書類の作成・提出
- 法令・規則に反する行為の助長または示唆
虚偽または不正が確認された場合、
東京朝花は事前の通知なくサービスを中止することがあり、
その場合、既に支払われた料金の返金は行いません。
4.在留資格・法的事項に関する免責
東京朝花が提供する在留資格・法制度に関する情報は、
一般的な情報および過去の事例に基づく参考情報であり、
法的助言を構成するものではありません。
最終的な判断については、
入国管理局、行政書士、弁護士等の
専門家または公的機関の見解を優先してください。
5.占い・タロット等のサービスについて
（心理的サポートとしての位置づけ）
東京朝花が提供する占い・タロット等のサービスは、
自己理解や心理的整理を目的とした参考的手段です。
以下を目的とするものではありません。
- 合格・内定・結果の予測や保証
- 医療、法律、投資等の専門的判断の代替
- 現実の意思決定を拘束する指示
占いの内容は主観的要素を含むため、
結果の解釈および活用については、
お客様ご自身の判断にて行ってください。
6.サービス対応範囲・連絡について

- サービス内容および対応時間は、事前に合意した範囲に限られます
- 24時間即時対応は行っておりません
- サービス範囲外のご相談については、対応できない場合があります
7.注意事項への同意について
（利用開始時点での同意）
お客様が東京朝花のサービスを
予約、申込み、または利用を開始した時点で、
本注意事項および免責事項に同意したものとみなします。
8.履修・科目選択・卒業要件等に関する責任範囲
履修登録、科目選択、ゼミ選択、単位認定、成績評価、進級、卒業要件等は、各学校・大学の制度およびご本人の判断に基づくものであり、東京朝花は最終判断、保証、責任負担を行いません。
東京朝花の助言は一般的参考情報にとどまり、これに関連して生じた不利益、学費負担、留年、進路変更その他の結果について責任を負いません。
9.成年のお客様に関する守秘・連絡方針
東京朝花は、成年のお客様との相談内容について、法令上または人の生命・身体の安全に関わる特段の事情がある場合を除き、原則としてご本人の同意なく第三者（保護者・家族を含む）へ共有いたしません。
成年のお客様が、進学・就職・選択科目・応募・面接・在留資格その他に関して相談された内容について、保護者等から照会・確認のご要望があった場合でも、ご本人の明確な同意がない限り、東京朝花は個別内容の回答・開示を行わないことがあります。
なお、東京朝花は、ご本人と保護者等との間の伝達役・調整役・代理交渉人としての責任を負いません。
10.未成年のお客様と成年のお客様の取扱いについて
（1）未成年のお客様の場合
未成年のお客様については、必要に応じて保護者との連携を前提としてサービス提供を行うことがあります。
ただし、学校・企業・行政機関等の最終判断を東京朝花が代行・保証するものではありません。
（2）成年のお客様の場合
成年のお客様については、ご本人を唯一のサービス提供対象者とし、保護者・家族等は当然の当事者には含まれません。
保護者・家族等が相談、確認、指示、同席等を希望される場合であっても、ご本人の明確な同意がない限り、東京朝花は個別相談内容の共有、説明、回答等を行わないことがあります。
また、成年のお客様に関する進学・就職・履修・応募・面接・在留資格その他の判断について、東京朝花は保護者との間の伝達役、調整役、代理交渉人としての責任を負いません。
11.成年のお客様に関する保護者関与の制限
成年のお客様に対するサービスは、原則としてご本人との直接契約・直接対応を前提とします。
保護者・家族等からの相談、要望、確認、指示、評価、苦情申入れ等があった場合でも、ご本人の事前同意がない限り、東京朝花は個別内容への回答・共有・説明を行う義務を負いません。
また、成年のお客様ご本人と保護者・家族等との意向が一致しない場合、東京朝花は中立的立場を維持し、いずれか一方の利益のために他方の意思を無断で開示、代弁、説得または調整する義務を負いません。
12．ハラスメント・威圧的言動等への対応
東京朝花は、以下に該当する行為があった場合、事前催告なくサービスの全部または一部を中止・終了できるものとします。
・威圧的、攻撃的または侮辱的な言動
・過度な要求、執拗な連絡、長時間の拘束
・脅迫、名誉毀損、業務妨害を示唆または目的とする言動
・SNS、口コミサイト、第三者への不当な拡散・晒し・誹謗中傷の示唆または実行
・東京朝花または関係者（共同運営者、提携先等）に対する不当な干渉
前項に基づきサービスを終了した場合、既に提供済みの役務に対応する料金の返金は行いません。
また、以後の対応・連絡方法を制限し、必要に応じて法的措置その他の適切な対応を講じる場合があります。
13．サービス対応範囲・連絡について
サービス内容および対応時間は、事前に合意した範囲に限られます。
24時間即時対応は行っておりません。
合意範囲を超える継続対応、結果保証型の対応、第三者間の調整業務、緊急対応等については、対応できない場合があります。
また、連絡方法は原則として事前に定めた手段・範囲に限られ、東京朝花は必要に応じて電話対応を行わず、文字連絡のみに限定することがあります。
14．提供資料の取扱いについて
東京朝花が有料サービスの一環として提供する資料、文書、テンプレート、要約、参考例、その他のコンテンツは、お客様ご本人による利用を前提として提供されるものです。
お客様は、ご自身の学習、進学、就職、キャリア形成等の目的の範囲内でこれらを利用することができます。また、必要に応じて、ご家族や親しい知人等に個人的な範囲で共有・閲覧してもらうことは差し支えありません。
ただし、東京朝花の事前の書面による同意なく、以下の行為を行うことはできません。
- 営利目的での利用
- 第三者への販売、転売、配布、再配布
- SNS、Webサイト、動画、ブログ、公開グループ、資料共有サイト等への掲載
- 不特定多数または大人数への共有
- 内容を改変したうえでの商用利用
- 東京朝花が作成した資料であることを伏せた形での二次利用
上記に反する利用が確認された場合、東京朝花はサービスの中止、今後の対応の停止、その他必要な措置を講じることがあります。

1．关于服务的定位

- 东京朝花并不拥有合格、不合格、录用、许可等结果的决定权
- 最终的判断与行动，均由客户本人自行负责
2．关于结果与成功的保证
东京朝花不对以下任何结果作出保证，包括但不限于：
- 学校、大学等的录取
- 企业的录用、聘用、实习选拔结果
- 在留资格的取得、变更、更新
- 年收入、职位、职种、工作条件等
- 毕业、升学、学分取得及其他学业结果
结果会受到客户本人的经历、能力、准备情况、市场环境，以及学校、企业、行政机关等判断的影响。
东京朝花不提供以特定结果为前提的成功报酬型或结果保证型服务。
3．关于履历及提交信息的真实性
东京朝花绝不协助以下行为：
- 编造虚假的履历或经历
- 申报与事实不符的工作经历或学历
- 制作或提交不实或具有误导性的材料
- 煽动、暗示或协助任何违反法律法规或规章制度的行为
如确认存在虚假或不正当行为，东京朝花有权在不事先通知的情况下中止服务，且在此情况下，已支付的费用不予退还。
4．关于在留资格及法律事项的免责声明
东京朝花提供的关于在留资格及法律制度的信息，仅为基于一般信息及过往案例所作的参考性信息，并不构成法律意见。
对于最终判断，请以入国管理局、行政书士、律师等专业人士或公权机关的意见为准。
5．关于占卜、塔罗等服务
（作为心理支持的定位）
东京朝花提供的占卜、塔罗等服务，是以自我理解和心理整理为目的的参考性工具。
其并非以以下内容为目的：
- 预测或保证录取、录用或其他结果
- 替代医疗、法律、投资等专业判断
- 对现实中的决策作出具有约束力的指示
由于占卜内容包含主观因素，结果的理解与运用请由客户本人自行判断。
6．关于服务范围及联系

- 服务内容及对应时间，仅限于事前约定的范围
- 不提供 24 小时即时响应
- 对于服务范围以外的咨询，东京朝花可能无法对应
7．关于对注意事项的同意
（以开始使用服务时视为同意）
客户在预约、申请或开始使用东京朝花服务的时点，即视为已同意本注意事项及免责声明。
8．关于选课、科目选择、毕业要求等的责任范围
课程注册、科目选择、研讨会选择、学分认定、成绩评价、升年级、毕业要求等事项，均基于各学校、大学的制度以及客户本人的判断，东京朝花不作最终判断、不作保证，也不承担责任。
东京朝花的建议仅限于一般性参考信息。因上述事项所产生的不利益、学费负担、留级、路径变更及其他结果，东京朝花概不负责。
9．关于成年客户的保密与联系方针
对于与成年客户的咨询内容，除法律规定或涉及人身、生命安全等特殊情况外，东京朝花原则上不会在未经客户本人同意的情况下，向第三方（包括家长及家属）共享。
对于成年客户就升学、就业、选课、申请、面试、在留资格等事项所进行的咨询，即使家长等提出查询或确认请求，在未取得客户本人明确同意的情况下，东京朝花也可能不对个别内容作出回答或披露。
此外，东京朝花不承担客户本人与家长等之间的传话人、协调人或代理交涉人的责任。
10．关于未成年客户与成年客户的处理方式
（1）未成年客户的情况
对于未成年客户，东京朝花在必要时，可能以前提为与家长联动的方式提供服务。
但东京朝花并不代替学校、企业、行政机关等作出最终判断，也不对结果作出保证。
（2）成年客户的情况
对于成年客户，东京朝花仅将本人视为唯一的服务对象，家长、家属等并不当然属于服务当事人。
即使家长、家属等希望咨询、确认、提出指示或旁听，在未取得客户本人明确同意的情况下，东京朝花也可能不对个别咨询内容进行共享、说明或答复。
此外，就成年客户的升学、就业、选课、申请、面试、在留资格等判断，东京朝花不承担与家长之间的传达、协调或代理交涉责任。
11．关于成年客户中家长介入的限制
针对成年客户的服务，原则上以前提为与客户本人直接签约、直接对应。
即使家长、家属等提出咨询、要求、确认、指示、评价或投诉，在未取得客户本人事前同意的情况下，东京朝花亦无义务对个别内容进行回答、共享或说明。
此外，若成年客户本人和家长、家属等之间的意向不一致，东京朝花将保持中立立场，不负有为任何一方利益而擅自披露、代言、劝说或协调另一方意志的义务。
12．关于骚扰、威压性言行等的应对
如存在以下行为，东京朝花有权在无需事先催告的情况下，中止或终止全部或部分服务：
- 威压性、攻击性或侮辱性言行
- 过度要求、反复纠缠联系、长时间拘束
- 带有威胁、诽谤名誉、暗示或意图妨碍业务的言行
- 在 SNS、评价网站或向第三方进行不当扩散、曝光、诽谤中伤的暗示或实施
- 对东京朝花或相关人员（共同运营者、合作方等）进行不当干涉
如根据前项终止服务，东京朝花不对已提供服务所对应的费用进行退款。
此外，东京朝花有权限制后续的对应方式与联系方法，并在必要时采取法律措施或其他适当措施。
13．关于服务范围及联系
服务内容及对应时间，仅限于事前约定的范围。
不提供 24 小时即时响应。
对于超出约定范围的持续对应、结果保证型对应、第三方之间的协调业务、紧急应对等，东京朝花可能无法对应。
此外，联系方式原则上限于事前约定的手段及范围。东京朝花在必要时，可能不提供电话对应，仅限文字联系。
14．关于所提供材料的使用范围
东京朝花作为付费服务的一部分所提供的资料、文档、模板、总结、参考范例及其他内容，原则上仅供客户本人使用。
客户可以在自身学习、升学、就业、职业规划等目的范围内使用上述材料。必要时，也可以在个人范围内向家人、亲近朋友等进行分享或请其查看。
但是，未经东京朝花事前书面同意，不得进行以下行为：
- 用于营利或商业目的
- 向第三方出售、转售、分发或再分发
- 发布至 SNS、网站、视频平台、博客、公开群组、资料共享平台等
- 向不特定多数人或大规模人群传播
- 对材料进行修改后用于商业用途
- 隐去东京朝花制作来源后进行二次使用
如确认存在违反上述规定的使用行为，东京朝花有权中止服务、停止后续对应，并采取其他必要措施。

- Nature of the Service
Tokyo Asabana provides consulting services for the purpose of organizing information, analyzing options, and supporting decision-making in relation to education, employment, immigration status, and long-term career development.
- Tokyo Asabana is not a university, company, testing institution, or government agency.
- Tokyo Asabana does not have the authority to make decisions regarding admission, rejection, job offers, permissions, or similar outcomes.
- All final decisions and actions are the sole responsibility of the client.
2.No Guarantee of Results or Success
Tokyo Asabana does not guarantee any results, including but not limited to:
- Admission to schools, universities, or other educational institutions
- Job offers, employment, or internship selection results
- Acquisition, change, or renewal of immigration status
- Salary, title, job type, working conditions, etc.
- Graduation, promotion, credit acquisition, or any other academic outcomes
Results depend on the client’s background, abilities, level of preparation, market conditions, and the decisions of schools, companies, government agencies, and other relevant institutions.
Tokyo Asabana does not provide success-fee-based or guaranteed-result services premised on any specific outcome.
- Authenticity of Background and Submitted Information
Tokyo Asabana does not support any of the following:
- Creating false resumes or fabricated backgrounds
- Declaring work experience or academic history that differs from the facts
- Preparing or submitting false or misleading documents
- Encouraging, suggesting, or assisting conduct that violates laws, regulations, or rules
If any falsehood or misconduct is confirmed, Tokyo Asabana may suspend services without prior notice. In such cases, fees already paid will not be refunded.
- Disclaimer Regarding Immigration Status and Legal Matters
Information provided by Tokyo Asabana regarding immigration status or legal systems is general reference information based on public information and past cases, and does not constitute legal advice.
For final decisions, please prioritize the opinions of the Immigration Services Agency, certified administrative scriveners, attorneys, or other qualified professionals or public authorities.
- About Fortune-Telling, Tarot, and Similar Services
(Positioned as Psychological Support)
Fortune-telling, tarot, and similar services provided by Tokyo Asabana are intended as reference tools for self-understanding and emotional or psychological organization.
They are not intended for the following purposes:
- Predicting or guaranteeing admission, job offers, or any other outcomes
- Replacing professional judgment in medical, legal, financial, or investment matters
- Giving binding instructions for real-life decision-making
Because such services contain subjective elements, interpretation and use of the results are entirely at the client’s own discretion.
- Scope of Service and Communication

- Service content and response time are limited to the scope agreed upon in advance.
- 24-hour immediate response is not provided.
- Inquiries outside the agreed service scope may not be accommodated.
7.Agreement to These Notes and Disclaimers
(Agreement Upon Commencement of Use)
By reserving, applying for, or beginning to use Tokyo Asabana’s services, the client is deemed to have agreed to these notes and disclaimers.
- Responsibility Scope Regarding Course Registration, Subject Selection, and Graduation Requirements
Course registration, subject selection, seminar selection, credit recognition, grading, academic promotion, and graduation requirements are based on each school or university’s rules and the client’s own judgment. Tokyo Asabana does not make the final decision, provide guarantees, or assume responsibility for these matters.
Advice provided by Tokyo Asabana remains general reference information only. Tokyo Asabana is not responsible for disadvantages, tuition burdens, repeated academic years, changes in direction, or any other outcomes arising in connection with such matters.
- Confidentiality and Communication Policy for Adult Clients
As a general rule, Tokyo Asabana will not share consultation details with any third party, including parents or family members, without the adult client’s consent, except where required by law or where there are special circumstances involving the safety of life or body.
Even if a parent or family member requests confirmation or inquiry regarding an adult client’s consultation on education, employment, course selection, applications, interviews, immigration status, or similar matters, Tokyo Asabana may decline to answer or disclose specific details unless the adult client has given explicit consent.
Tokyo Asabana does not assume the role of messenger, coordinator, or proxy negotiator between the adult client and their parents or family members.
- Treatment of Minor Clients and Adult Clients
(1) Minor Clients
For minor clients, Tokyo Asabana may provide services on the premise of coordination with parents or guardians when necessary.
However, Tokyo Asabana does not make final decisions on behalf of schools, companies, government agencies, or any other institutions, nor does it guarantee outcomes.
(2) Adult Clients
For adult clients, Tokyo Asabana regards the client themselves as the sole service recipient. Parents or family members are not automatically treated as parties to the service.
Even if parents or family members wish to consult, confirm, instruct, or attend, Tokyo Asabana may decline to share, explain, or answer regarding specific consultation content unless the client has provided explicit consent.
In addition, with respect to education, employment, course selection, applications, interviews, immigration status, and similar decisions concerning adult clients, Tokyo Asabana does not assume responsibility for communication, coordination, or proxy negotiation with parents.
- Restrictions on Parental Involvement in Services for Adult Clients
Services for adult clients are, in principle, based on direct contract and direct communication with the client themselves.
Even if parents or family members make inquiries, requests, confirmations, instructions, evaluations, or complaints, Tokyo Asabana has no obligation to answer, share, or explain specific matters unless the adult client has provided prior consent.
In cases where the intentions of the adult client and those of their parents or family members do not align, Tokyo Asabana will maintain a neutral position and has no obligation to disclose, represent, persuade, or coordinate one party’s intentions for the benefit of the other without authorization.
- Response to Harassment, Intimidating Conduct, and Similar Behavior
Tokyo Asabana may suspend or terminate all or part of its services without prior notice if any of the following occurs:
- Intimidating, aggressive, or insulting language or behavior
- Excessive demands, persistent contact, or prolonged restraint of time
- Language or behavior suggesting or intended as threats, defamation, or business interference
- Suggestions or acts of improper spreading, exposure, defamation, or slander through social media, review sites, or third parties
- Improper interference with Tokyo Asabana or related persons, including co-operators and business partners
If services are terminated under the above provision, fees corresponding to services already rendered will not be refunded.
Tokyo Asabana may also restrict future methods of response and communication, and may take legal action or other appropriate measures where necessary.
- Scope of Service and Communication
Service content and response time are limited to the scope agreed upon in advance.
24-hour immediate response is not provided.
Tokyo Asabana may not be able to accommodate ongoing support beyond the agreed scope, result-guarantee-type support, coordination between third parties, emergency response, or similar matters.
In addition, communication methods are, in principle, limited to the means and scope agreed upon in advance. Tokyo Asabana may, where necessary, decline phone communication and limit communication to written messages only.
14. Use of Materials Provided by Tokyo Asabana
Materials, documents, templates, summaries, sample examples, and other content provided by Tokyo Asabana as part of its paid services are intended for the client’s own personal use.
Clients may use such materials for their own study, education planning, job search, career development, or related personal purposes. Clients may also share or show the materials to family members or close acquaintances within a personal and limited scope when necessary.
However, without prior written consent from Tokyo Asabana, the following actions are not permitted:
- Use for commercial or profit-making purposes
- Sale, resale, distribution, or redistribution to third parties
- Posting on social media, websites, video platforms, blogs, public groups, file-sharing platforms, or similar channels
- Sharing with an unspecified or large number of people
- Commercial use after modifying the materials
- Secondary use while concealing that the materials were created by Tokyo Asabana
If any use in violation of the above is confirmed, Tokyo Asabana may suspend services, stop further communication or support, and take other necessary measures.
