🌸 Asabana Collaboration 🌸|A Visit to Our Partner’s New Classroom in Hakusan, Tokyo
2026/04/26

Recently, Tokyo Asabana visited our partner’s new classroom in Hakusan, Tokyo, for an on-site exchange and discussion.

The new classroom is located in central Tokyo, approximately two minutes on foot from Hakusan Station. The area offers convenient transportation and everyday facilities, while the classroom itself provides a quiet and focused learning environment suitable for academic tutoring, consultation meetings, and small-group lessons.

Our partner is a long-established local education provider with more than 60 years of experience in Tokyo. With classrooms in several districts across the city, the organization has been providing both online and in-person educational services to students and families over the years.

Moving forward, Tokyo Asabana will work with this partner to explore learning support services for international families living in Japan. By combining our partner’s classroom resources and online education experience with Tokyo Asabana’s multilingual communication and education planning capabilities, we aim to provide flexible and practical support for students and families from diverse language backgrounds.

Our service areas will include subject tutoring, learning planning, exam preparation, study habit development, and educational route planning based on each student’s age, language ability, academic foundation, and future goals. The support is expected to cover a wide range of educational stages, from elementary school to graduate school, doctoral and postdoctoral levels. We also plan to support working adults through continuing education services, including Japanese language learning, specialized academic or professional study, and qualification exam preparation.

For many international families in Japan, education is not only about deciding which subject to study. It is also about understanding the Japanese learning environment, setting appropriate goals at each stage, and finding a balance between language adaptation and academic development.

Through this collaboration with a local education provider, Tokyo Asabana hopes to gradually connect multilingual consultation, education planning, online and in-person lessons, and practical learning support. Our goal is to provide international families in Japan with more stable, concrete, and actionable services.

This visit to the new classroom also marks another step forward as the collaboration moves from planning toward implementation.

Tokyo Asabana will continue to develop further collaborations in education and career development, providing support that better reflects the real needs of international residents in Japan.
