Tokyo Asabana is looking for SNS content collaborators and student community partners in Japan.

We would like to work with university students, graduate students, language school students, and young creators who understand social media, student communities, and the real needs of international students and foreign professionals in Japan.

Tokyo Asabana is a consulting platform that supports international students, foreign professionals, and people planning to come to Japan. Our services cover study planning, Japanese language learning, job hunting, career transition, and long-term career planning in Japan.

We do not only focus on “applying to schools” or “finding a job.”

We help people understand Japan’s education system, working culture, hiring practices, and social rules, so that they can make better long-term decisions.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome you to contact us if you are:

・Currently studying at a university, graduate school, vocational school, or language school in Japan

・Familiar with platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms

・Interested in international student communities, young professionals, and foreign residents in Japan

・Interested in topics such as studying in Japan, Japanese language learning, job hunting, career change, and career planning

・Good at observing social media trends and willing to try content planning or community outreach

・Responsible, communicative, and able to respect collaboration rules

You do not need to be a professional SNS operator from the beginning.

We value people who understand how younger users communicate, what kind of content they care about, and who are willing to experiment, review, and grow together.

Possible Collaboration Areas

Depending on your interests and strengths, we can discuss different ways to collaborate.

1. SNS Content Collaboration

Collaboration Style

This is a collaboration-based opportunity under a business outsourcing / performance-based reward model.

There is no fixed working schedule, no required attendance, and this is not a traditional employment position.
